Personal Mission Statement
I aim to create a positive and safe environment where a client can come to learn more about themselves and their challenges. By completely focusing on a client’s needs and wellbeing, I create an opportunity for growth and change by encouraging and supporting clients. Throughout the entire therapeutic process, I support and encourage clients to explore and build their skills, abilities, and self-awareness. I work to maintain a high level of ethical practice by abiding by codes of ethics, belonging to membership associations, learning through continued education, and attending supervision. My goal is to maintain a client focused approach while using creative interventions, including the use of music therapy techniques. My hope is that all clients will leave a session feeling like they have the support that they need to move forward in the world the way that they want to.
